Processing Orders

Orders placed Monday – Friday before noon (12 PM)MDT

(excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification.

All orders placed after noon (12 PM) MDT will begin processing on the next business day.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

Modifying Orders

Once an order is placed, it can be modified. However, you can exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.

Out of Stock Items 

We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone and promptly update your order.


All deliveries require a signature. If you are not available to receive the Canada Post parcel or relevant delivery company will automatically redeliver on the next working day. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left, and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be a charge for re-posting.

The purchased item must be returned and postmarked within 10 days after the issuance of the Return Authorization Number.

If you wish to return/exchange a size an order, you must first contact us to receive your  Return Authorization Number.

Please do not return your item(s) without a Return Authorization Number. We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization number. Please clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s), and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.

After we issue your Return Authorization Number, please download the Return Form and fill it out.

Please return your item with your invoice and ensure that the item is posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders which get lost in the post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate until we confirm that we have received the item.

Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs. All refunds and exchanges for goods purchased via our website or by telephone must ONLY be made by post.

The purchased item must be returned and postmarked within 10 days after the issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All full priced products must be in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Chicc will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed without the receipt attached to it. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer. If you are returning shoes, toys that were shipped to you in the box, these shoes, toys must be returned in the same box. Shoes, toys returned without a box will not be accepted for refund. We do not accept the items that smell of food, tobacco smoke, or other odors. Used or damaged merchandise will not be refunded.

We are unable to offer a refund on unwanted goods purchased at discounted prices. Please note, all of our footwear is made in finest quality leather and although they are designed to be worn, and loved the surface will scratch or mark if scuffed by the wearer. Chicc cannot take responsibility for any scratches or marks made once they have been worn.


If you would like an exchange for a different size, please return your original merchandise along with the Merchandise Return Form and place a new order. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing a new order.

Please Note: ALL underwear, tights and socks are non-refundable and not- exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Postage costs will not apply for exchanges.

Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was delivered via FREE shipping, and items from your order that you keep are less, then CAD 99.00 shipping fee of CAD 12.00 will be deducted from your refund.


International customers returning items back to Canada, please make sure that you properly complete customs declaration form to avoid any wrong customs fees & duties. On the customs declaration form please indicate “CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE” and mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS”. Please also attach original invoice to the outside of the packaging. (You can put an invoice in the envelope and attach the envelope to the outside of the packaging or use the postal carrier’s plastic bag for customs documentation and shipping manifests). Failing to complete customs declaration properly may result in wrong customs fees and duties being assessed on the parcel. If customs declaration form was not completed properly and wrong customs fees and duties were assessed, we will be deducting those fees from your refund in order to get the parcel from the post office and process your return.
