If you wish to return or exchange any item of your online order, please complete the RETURN FORM and include it with your return shipment.
You don’t have a RETURN FORM? Please download ‘RETURN FORM’ from your account.
Be sure to sign and date the RETURN FORM.
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the RETURN FORM are included with your return shipment.
Chicc offers full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase accompanied by a receipt and with the original tag(s) attached.
Return shipping has to be paid by the customer
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, we will pay for the return shipment. In this case please contact us per email [email protected]
Make sure that the return items are safely packed; preferably in the original packaging.
For shipping make sure to use a shipping option including tracking and insurance. Lost items and packages can not be refunded.
Include your address on the outside of the parcel in case there are any complications.

Once your return has arrived and has been approved, your refund or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.
In case of a refund: Your original form of payment will be credited for all returned and approved items.
Please note:Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was delivered via FREE shipping, and items from your order that you keep are less then CAD 99.00 will be deducted from your refund.
